Workout in Elver Park

Get outside and join the Transformation Center for a fun, energizing workout at Elver Park! We’ll start at 7:30am (meet at the shelter) and do a 45 minute total body workout.

Where: 1250 McKenna Boulevard, Madison, WI 53719
When: 7:30 a.m.
What to bring:

• Water bottle
• Yoga mat and a set of dumbbells if you have them
• Outdoor tennis shoes

Cardio for a Kause

Get ready to row, ski, bike, or run/walk your way toward a great cause!

Join us for our 5th Annual Cardio for a Kause fundraiser, where our community comes together to raise awareness and funds for gastroparesis research in memory of Erika Berger (1986–2010), Brent’s sister and the inspiration behind this event.

Where: Transformation Center
When: Saturday, August 15th from 7:30-11:30 a.m.

Together, we’ll work toward reaching millions of meters collectively while supporting research that can help those affected by this debilitating condition.

Every meter counts, and every dollar raised is donated on Erika’s behalf to advance clinical research for gastroparesis.
