Bring a Friend Week is the perfect opportunity to bring that special family member or friend to class all week long!

Talk to your family, text or email your friends and invite them to be your workout buddy and experience TC fitness firsthand.

We are excited to meet your friends and introduce them to the TC community!

They will need to stop at the front desk and sign a waiver before their first class.
